This state BBB repeatedly refused to help me recover my money from C.E.C. Solutions, LLC, by deliberatedly failing to repond to my written 12 May complaint to them.

They did call, and alleged that the post office was the reason for the failure to respond. Meanwhile, the company withholds all of my money.
