Scammed us out of $789.00. Filled complaints with FTC, BBB Washington State, BBB Arizona State, Attorny Generals Office State of Arizona. They broke their own contract with us. They refuse to return our money to us. All agency's said we were the first complaint filled with them. As far as I have found there is no class action lawsuits filled. To take to small claims court you have to go to Tempe Arizona. No Attorny's in Tempe Arizona will help without more money up front than you have already lost. Keep filing complaints with all agency's maybe they will eventually do something about Proactive Planning Solutions. These people pray on people in debt. They are low lifes and should be held accountable for their actions, they should be in prison. It seems that the Arizona State agency's are on their payroll. The Attorny Generals Office, the State of Arizona, Consumer Protection Division is a joke. But flood them with complaints.
