My fiance worked for Chris Kelley for almost three years went months without getting any commision even though Chris was getting paid by Cingular. There would be weeks that he would go without a day off because no one would work for him because most of the people in Florida unless you are new have worked for him and gotten ripped off.
My fiance was given no notice that there were things he was doing wrong. Chris just came in with a bunch of other people and fired him. My fiance and I have two children and as hard as he worked and went without a commision check.
Even though Chris was getting paid there should be some sort of compensation that all these employees should get.
Or Mr. Kelley should not be allowed to profit from the hard working employees that he fires for no reason.
There has to be someone out there that would help these people or shut him down.
You would think that Cingular or the New AT & T would not want someone like this behind their name.
