Do not buy this business. The guy who runs it goes by different names of Chris Soares (last name spelled in several different way) he tried to scam me with winthepick3.com a few years ago and after extensive research I found out he was a complete fraud. If you search for Chris Soares you'll see other fake websites he's put up and sadly he's gotten away with other people's money.
