Tv Ad RipOff with drew $68.95 30 days after ordered then received package 2 wks later would not refund after cancel Said i have to cancel 90 days

Called for forclosure list. Waited about 1mn. Called to cancel and asked for refund. Told i have to call in 90 days for refund. I received pkg 2wks after call;sent pkg back, called again. No refund til 90 days.
