I ordered 4 posters for $16.00, I received the posters then over the next 4 days I received a shipment of 2 posters each day. I called them and cancel my membership and was instructed to return the posters to posterpass.com. I sent them back.
I called them a few weeks later to see where my refund was and was told that it takes 1-2 billing cycles to recieve my refund. I called every week for 2 months. I finally spoke with someone who said they could process my refund, it would take 7-10 days. 10 days later I called back, and was told there was a glich in the system. They would reprocess my refund it would be 3-5 days. 5 days later still no money. Called again now told it would be 48 hours. 4 days later (holiday weekend) still no money. Just called 15 minutes ago. Told the person just processed my refund and it would be 48 hours again.
I have requested they mail me a check multiple times and they say that they can't do that.
