Ripoff Loan Fraud Lieing Unresponsive Leona Bryan Western Union Shippment Canada

I answered an add in my local paper for loans for people with bad credit, good credit, or no credit. Manka Advertising/www.eliteloansreferral.com referred me to United Credit Corporation at the end of May. They told me I am approved for a loan and I would need to Western Union them $1,200 to a Leona Bryan in Toronto, Ontario, Canada right away. I did. They said the funds would be transfered to my bank account in 12 - 24 hours. I waited 3 days before I questioned why the funds were still not in my account.

I called Heather Blake that is "with United Credit Corp"'. She said that there was a mistake, and they miscalculated. I needed $1,200 more dollars or I could cancel the loan process and it would have taken 30 - 60 days for them to refund me my money. She sent me a contract stating that if I paid this second installment of $1,200 that that would be the last amount I would have to pay in order to receive the loan. I sent it again Western Union'ed to Leona Bryan in Canada. 24 hours later, I still have not received the loan in my bank account.

I persistently called Heather Blake, with no response. I continued to call all the extensions, 1 through 9 of different employees with this company. Non answered. I finally got a call from a Mr. Steven Baker at extension 5 who said he was the Manager of United Credit Corporation. He said he was very sorry for this misunderstanding and that it was not acceptable and had never happened before. Unfortunately, he said, they miscalculated again. They needed 21% of the $15,000 loan, and that I needed to Western Union him an additional $900 dollars, yet again, to this Leona Bryan in Toronto Canada. I questioned him about the original contract given to me by (to what he said was his BEST EMPLOYEE) Heather, that stated that that second $1,200 would be the last installment I would have to pay. And he sent me and updated contract saying that THIS TIME, the additional $900 dollars would be the last time or I could gladly cancel and wait 60 days for my funds back. Not only did he say that, he also added that I would receive a $2,000 grant that i would not have to pay back in the form of a cashiers check.

I am a single, disabled, mother that cant afford to give away $3,000 but now after giving this last $900 still have not received my loan amount, and no one from this company will answer the phone to me anymore. Because of the enormous stress that I have been put under, I had my daughter try to call and get through for hours straight. She finally succeeded, only to have the Mr. Steven Baker, tell her that the funds were put into someone else's account and that someone else could be spending the money that was was suppose to be put into my account. He kept repeating it when questioned, and after that conversation, he will no long answer the phones, nor will any other extensions to this apparent United Credit Corp. There is another number on the contract, that goes to a company by the name of American Credit. I called and they said that is a different office, and that they cant help me and hung up. This number is also one digital away from Manka Advertisings phone number.

The Senior Vice Presidents name, on the contract I was given, Leonard Landis. So I called the operator in New York. She gave me a number to Mr. Landis and a woman answered. Apparently his wife. She told me Mr. Landis owned United Credit Corp, but he died 8 years ago and this company no longer exists. The presidents name is George Miller on my contract. At this point, I haven't tried him yet because of the stress this has already put on myself and my daughter. I have the times and dates when "Leona Bryan" picked up the funds from the Western Union in "Canada". A lot of good that does me.

I called the referral service that referred me to them, sounds like "Heather", I asked "Who is this?"... And she just said "Who is this?". Back and forth. Then she hung up. I called the newspapers that had their advertisements, and they said they can not give me any information on as to whom placed the adds. I hope the funds will be in my account tomorrow, but after finding these unacceptable behaviors from "these people", and being told Mr. Landis took United Credit to the grave with him, I don't expect to ever be re compensated for my deposits or given a loan. I only hope some one else doesn't make this mistake.
