My father is paying child support to my mother that is supposed to be for me, but i have not lived with my mother for over 2 years now because she is an unfitt mother. I have been living with my grand mother and any time that child support is sent to my mom, she keeps it all therefor i have no money for clothes or other needs. I would like to have the billing adress changed so i may buy school clothes and help my grand mother pay for groceries.
