Company sells information that you can purchase for free only you don't know that up front! When a complaint was filed through PayPal, they promised 100% refund and never delivered! Against PayPals suggestion, I closed the dispute because that was the only way they said they would issue my refund. Now they have me and I can't do a think about it except report them here on usacomplaints.com. Here is the actual final message from Movies Capital and myself:

Although PayPal recommends not closing a dispute until "after" the refund has been issued, I feel confident that Movies Capital will abide by their decision and refund my money 100% upon closing this dispute. I'm sure I won't be disappointed. Thank you again Movie Capital for your excellent customer service!
