I was interested in downloading movies from the internet. I did a search, checked out several web sites & found one that interested me. I looked through the web site & found you have to prepay $23.40 for a years subscription up front. Reluctantly I paid the fee, became a member & was excited about being able to download movies.
After I spent some time navigating through the members only site, I couldn't find anything about where or how to download movies. All they listed was downloadable utilities to "help" you download movies. I e-mailed tech support for help & they promptly replied with instructions. I followed the instructions just as they said & still nothing. Aggrevated, I fired off another e-mail saying I'm less than thrilled with this site & want a refund. They responded with we have already told you how to download movies once today & followed up with about 5 pages of instructions on how to set up my NEW computer to be able to accomplice this feat. They also informed me that subscriptions are non-refundable so I am waiting for my credit card bill to come in the mail so I can dispute the charge.
