Don't get fish by ocean's 11...
Let's try something new for dinner! Said my husband. I agreed inmediatly since we always eat at the same restaurants. We found this little place at Kissimmee called "Ocean's 11", it look clean and nice and we were very hungry so we decided to stay. What a mistake!!! Since the beggining things went wrong: Our server Roberto offer the most horrible service ever, he was negligent, sarcastic and disrespecfull; the food was very dissapointing for the price, there were no managers on duty while we were there so we decided not to complain we simply ate the food since we were starving and pay. Obviosly we didn, t leave the server a tip but as we were leaving Roberto (the server) approach my husband and asked him why didn't we tipped him... Ah!!! I was in shock but thats not all we came to my husband's face laugh at him and threatned him as he was holding our 1 year old baby... It was just horrible!!!
We left and called back aboyt an hour later to talk to a manager. We talk to Nick, Jesse, and other employees who claim to be the mangrs but no one offer an apology or anything, We just wanted our money back!!! After calling several times we were able to talk to Cristine the GM who said that the resturant was busy that she could deal with the situation at the time and hang up the phone!!!
This has been the worst experience for my and my family and we want everyone to know it, so it doesn't happen to you.
