The Crystal Connection Sweetboots debit card fraud Ripoff

I'm not even sure if, or what I may have purchased from them, but once they got my debit card number, they took 2400 bucks and sent alot of it to Islam Releif Fund. They made alot of purchases as well. A few of the stores returned my money, and the bank is covering the rest, Why can't somebody catch these guys.
