Bounced Checks

After filing complaint with BBB, Ricky Price sent me a check for the fees I paid. My bank returned the check since Wolf Recovery System and Ricky price bank account did not have sufficient funds.

I made several attempts (myself and then the new collection agency I hired) to get Ricky price to honor the check he sent and then bounced indicating this fraud but Ricky price refused.

So, now I am out the check amount and bank fees.
