I've been a normal consumer in the ShopRite in Carmel, NY since 1983, when it popped its gates towards the community. This past year, I turned disabled. I can't make use of a normal shopping cart, consequently I depend on a motorized cart. You will find two of these within the entire shop, nor operate correctly.
