Ripoff, dishonest fraudulent billing

I inquired about a payday loan and decided against it i never finalized the the contract i refused it they deducted money from my account anyways i have tried to obtain a phone # for this company to the phone information they do not exist

They have no way of contacting them to cancel this transaction i did not order in the first place can anyone tell me how to get my money back or get in touch with these thieves please help
