A couple of months back I was a victim of an unauthorized payday loan from cmg group llc. What I did not know is that they put 150 dollars into my account and for two months after that, without my knowledge, repeatedly took out 45 dollar refinance charges from my account. Now I admit part of it is my fault cause I don't check my monthly statements often enough. But the fact is, this company, upon contacting them, stated I signed a contract with them for this loan, which is a downright lie. I never even went to their site or filled anything out on their site, nor did they send me an email stating I had been approved for a loan. They just slipped the loan into my account and kept charging me for it.
Since then I have closed my old account and started a new one. But not before the company made me pay a additional 195 dollars to close my loan with them that I did not authorize.in total, they stole $375 of my hard-earned money. Upon investigating this company I found they were not registered with the better business bureau, and also that payday loans in my county are against the law. I would love to get the $375 they stole from me, but I know that can only happen if a official lawsuit is put towards this company. So I'm urging anyone who has been screwed by this company to take legal action, help get all our money back, and shut this company down for good.
