I made the costly mistake of dealing one on one with the "vice-preisdent" of this company. We agreed upon a price for 50 rings, $5.00 @ and $10 for shipping. This is the FIRST time I have ever dealt with this company without an auction platform. There is nothing in black and white, because we agreed upon the terms over the phone. Since my crystal ball was out for repair I was not forewarned that I should RECORD THE CONVERSATION!!!
The package arrived almost a month after I'd mailed the check (BIG MISTAKE #2) and there were 22 RINGS MISSING!!!
I IMMEDIATELY began calling their business number - 2 rings missing is an oversight, HOWEVER, 22 rings missing is deliberate fraud. I wanted an explanation. The package arrived at 1302 (1:02 P.M. For you non-military people). FIve minutes later I began dialing the business #. I dialed and re-dialed 56 times!!!
No answer except the annoying sound a fax machine makes when you dial a fax #.
I know what you are thinking-what a sucker she is, right?
PLEASE-don't support a company that lies and cheats customers.
I am retired military with 20 proud years of serving my country.
This is only the beginning of my campaign against these liars and theives-.
