Sent different rings. Will not answer emails. Ripoff big time

I won several items from this company on ebay. Two of the items were rings. When I recieved the package they had included two rings that were identical but were not even close to the rings I had won. I have tried contacting the company by email and get no response back from them. Why are they allowed on ebay?
