On or arround Dec. 11, I ordered 2 rings from zales.com. I received confirmation that the rings were being processed for delivery. On Dec. 23 I signed for and received a package via FedEx from Zales. The package contained only one of the 2 rings ordered. I immediately called Zales and spoke with a representative, reporting that one of the rings was missing. The Zales associate said she would summit a claim for follow up. When I called the Zales store today 12/28, the associate told me it would take two weeks for them to research and make a decision. Two weeks is too long, I shopped with them in good faith that my order would be delivered before Christmas. Now they want to investigate.investigate what? The package arrived, I signed for it but there was an item missing. What's to investigate. Did their shipping department misdirect the lost item? Why do I have to wait 2 weeks? I will never purchase from Zales again. They have no assurance that they can deliver merchandise after taking your money. I am a senior citizen and I shop on-line often. This is the first time I've ever had a problem with an on-line merchant.
