We purchased a car from Pristine Auto Sales on Ft. Worth Avenue. Even though there was a 21 day money back warranty, we have a car which is un-drivable due to major frame damage. For 25 days we tried to get in touch with Gabriel Barboza. There has been no response to multiple messages to Gabriel by way of email (Grey Sky Project) or phone (214-335-0666).
Although we paid only $5000.00 for the car, we also paid over 500.00 for Tax, Title, License and got nothing in return. We now have to pay again in order to get a title on the car, which was paid in full at time of purchase.
We now have a non-drivable car, with no tags and no title waiting to be taken to a mechanic.
IF YOU ARE DEALING WITH GABRIEL BARBOZA YOU WILL MORE THAN LIKELY GET TAKEN FOR YOUR MONEY TOO, BEWARE!!!
A side note: The BBB doesn't pick up a company or individual until they have received over 1000 complaints. DO NOT RELY ON THE BBB ALONE, for any help.
