They have taken the lottery for all day kinder garden away from us parents for our children.in the begging of summer the school told us we could go into a lottery for all day kinder garden, by the time the school year began we were told that it has been taken away from us. So our taxes go up... But our education goes down and theres nothing us parents can do about it.
I'm am very mad that the year my daughter goes to the ecc they do away with the program and i'm not going away quietly. I have heard of a lot of upset parents over this and i'm told there's nothing we can do about this. I have tried to go to the news with no luck, i bet a lot of tax payers in johnston don't even know we lost this program, what else have we lost or are we going to lose?
Then we have a parent / teacher conference a few weeks ago and none of the teachers were required to show up, and none of them did, it was a free for all, but they sure had their hands out asking for supplies and money for different things, because they have no contract our children suffer, i'm pissed off and feed up!
