I was served by Alliance One, a Collection Agency for the city of seattle which deals with upaid parking tickets. I was adviced by the good people of consumer complaints to sed a certified letter disputing their claim and to have them verify the debit. So I sent them a letter disputing their claim and waited for their response. I received a letter from the city of Seattle instead of Alliance verifying the unpaid tickets which mostly belong to my exgirl friend, I had not transfered the title to her name. Do i owe the city of seattle anything now because their response was more than thiry days according to both certifired letter's dates.
