I received a letter today saying that I won 1.9 million dollars and that all I had to do was to send in 19.99.. It is FRAUD Westbury Long Island, New York

I recieved a letter today. It said I won 1.9 million dollars. It is FRAUD. I am really mad. I thaught it was real. I was hoping it was. I have a special needs kid, and I was thinking how I could use the money to better help her.
