Fraudulently Debited my account

I drive a school bus for a living, and even though the pay is good, I can barely support myself and my mother. When PBG contacted me about a chance to clean my credit up, I thought it was a good idea. My credit has been a mess since I came home from the military.

First, when they called me, they talked their script so fast, i could catch only bits and pieces of it. Then, when I asked the guy to repeat it, he acted like he couldn't hear me.

To add more salt to my wounds, I recently got an overdraft notice from my bank, and when I saw it, I couldn't believe it. PBG tried to debit $9.95 for voicemail (which, if i had heard the guy mention it, I would've told him I have it on my cell phone, as well as home phone). PBG also tried to debit an additional $14.95 for the monthly fee, even though I just got the card in the mail the day before.

I called PBG to discuss getting a refund, so I was put on hold. After 15 minutes, the phone was hung up. When I called back, the phone rang and rang.

I am in the process of talking with my bank, to get the funds reversed. If that doesn't work, I'll be in contact with the IL attorney General's office.

IF ANYONE IS CONTACTED BY PBG, YOU SHOULD LAUGH IN THEIR FACE, THEN HANG UP ON THEM! All their company does is waste your time, and ruin your life. Now, because of PBG, I am very close to losing my apartment, which will have my mother and I out in the street.
