Took My Money and I never Recieved My Card, Never Told Me It was A Pre-Paid Mastercard

I was contacted by this company and offered a Platinum Mastercard with no credit limit and no finance charges EVER! They were offering me this to help re-build my credit.

They told me there was a one time fee of $129.95, and that I would receive $100.00 cash back.

They told me there was a monthly membership fee of $14.95 a month for having the card. They also told me there was free voicmail for 30 days that came with this, and that if I activated it that in 30 days if i didn't cancell that I would be charged $9.95 a month thereafter.

I was supposed to recieve my card with in 21 business days. They deducted the money from my account on October 18.

On November 16 sums of $14.95 and $9.95 were withdrawn from my account, by Platinum Benefit Group, I called and asked them why they deducted this money and they told me that i had pay the monthly fee, and that I never cancelled my voicemail. I told them that I was told if I didn't activate my voicemail then i wouldn't be charged.

I also asked them how they could charge me a monthly membership fee for this card when I haven't even recieved the card yet. They said that I should have the card within 2 days. They said that they would refund my $9.95.

Three days later I called back and said that I had still not recieved my card, and they said that they would put in a request for another card to be sent. I said "NO" I am not gonna wait for another 30 days and not recieve a card again, I want my money refunded! She said that I couldn't get the $129.95 refunded and that i would have to send a letter in about the $14.95, I asked to speak to a supervisor, and this woman told me that here wasn't one in at the time. I hung up.

I called back a few minutes later and another woman answered and i was able to get all the details about this to good to be true card. She explained to me that it was a pre-paid mastercard, and that I could only use it with there catalogs, and on there sights. I told her that this was not what i was told or I never would have gotten this card.

I asked to speak to a supervisor and she connected me to one. This man told me that He would send me paperwork to fill out and send back for a full refund. I cancelled the account with him at that time. I recently sent the paperwork back in dor the refun, and I have tried to call a few times and I can never seem to reach anyone.
