The product is faulty. Mop head is not stable, rolls back and forth. Second mop head snapped off the holder.
Their website is very tricky, two-$10 mops, along with 6 extra heads and shipping all added up to $71.75. I tried to refuse the shipment, but they told me that shipping was not refundable.
