I thought this company was reputable since the ad appeared on TV. Wrong! The way the online order blank is worded is very tricky. Here's what happened to me: I ordered 2 floor mops for $30. When I read "how many mops" I wanted and wrote "2, " they billed me for TWO SETS and billed me $60!! Not only that, but when they sent me my oder confirmation, the shipping charges came to $80!!! All I had wanted was ONE mop and ended up getting billed for $142&for 2 mops!!! I immediately attempted contacting them to cancel the order. But gee, guess what? I'd been had, for their so-called Customer Service email contact number would not go through, and when I called the phone number (which I have herein provided as requested), I could not get a person to accept my call. All you get is an automated voice offering to take your order&and they ALREADY had all my personal information (street address, etc.) programmed into the phone call (automated voice), including my non-listed personal phone # which I hadn't even provided—how scary is that??!! The way I got out of this was: Within minutes of making my online order, I realized I was nicely conned and misled, so I immediately called my credit card company and reported my card lost/stolen. So when these theives go to collect thier money, they will be declined. I am now warning all consumers via every method I can, and I will write it in every magazine article I can slip it into as I am a writer for women's magazines. Buyer beware, and pass it on!!!
