After 12 calls, I finally got thru to Sprint who confirm that I had a zero balance! Ripoff

I talked to 12 different people, and my final call resulted that I had Sprint on the phone, confirmin that my balance was zero!

AlliedInterstate used a phone # I had from 1991-1994, but I never had Sprint PCS until May for two weeks, w/the bill completely paid off!
