Sent in my rebate form as per there directions. Waited 3 to 4 weeks then called them. They said my cellphone bill did not have my acc #. So I got a new bill and remailed it Sept 19th. Waited another 3 to 4 weeks called back they said they have not prosseced it yet. Call back know and all I can get is a recording that do to high volume of calls could take up to 15 min and try back later. I have stayed on the line and get cut off. As far as Iam concerned my next step is to contact the BBB.
This is a company I would not do business with ever again. Total RIPOFF!!!
