My ex wife brought her daughter into our home creating a hostile enviroment. And this was after years of neglecting them.
This individual had her daughter lie under oath to incriminate me of false claims of sexual misconduct in my home.
These claims were made after I had filed a restraining order on my step daughter for physical and verbal abuse. Then she took her claims to my friends, family and hers to make me look like some kind of monster. It was devastating to say the least and something I would never wish upon anyone!
Unknow to me at the time my wife was having an affair, which was probably why she allowed her daughter to act the way she did towards me in the first place.
The courts deemed I had to vacate the premises.
This was the home I took her into when she had nothing after coming out her her divorce. I made a home for this woman and I had also made two rooms for her children when they came to stay with us. I was never physically or verbally abusive to this woman or her children, I am a very caring person. It did not warrant me being forced out of my home and loosing eveything I worked for.
She had filed for divorce then not long after her boyfriend at the time dumped her. She then tried to reconcile with me through the courts and tried to seduce me. It didn't work at that point.
I was already paying her $700 a month for alimony because the home could not be sold till the fixed mortgage ran out which would have been six months later. On top of that I had to assume most of the credit card debt she had created.
She then proceeded with her ex husband in front of her cousin to hatch a plan to see how much she could get out of me. I was told this after the fact by the cousin. It drained me so bad financially that I was forced to give up my home to her.
It's really sad that someone can work most of their life for what they have and the courts decide that an adulteress and dead beat mother can be awarded your lifes work.
If marriage is a contract then shouldn't the person who breaks that contract loose? Not the person who stood behind it.
