Well I thought I would write about how my ex-wife is making my life completely miserable. Okay first of all we never as a couple discussed having children, when I was away in the Army she came to visit me on base, and was suppose to be on birth-control. This is the agreement we had for more than 3 years of our relationship, so I never thought that she was going to set me up, and besides we were married. We do our business and then 4 weeks later I get called into my commanders office so they can inform me that I am going to be a father.
From the very beginning she didn't have the respect for me too tell me herself. Then after that she ducks me for most of the pregnacy, and tells me she wants a divorce. I never get a chance too go through the experience of seeing my child grow inside of her. The way I found out that my daughter was born was when one of our friends saw me, and told me congrads on the new baby. This was 4 weeks after she was born. Then when I attempted too go and see the baby she threatens to have me arrested for Traspassing. Then she files for divorce while I am off in the Army.
I was never served with papers, and she went too court without me, wrote a false letter saying that I was making 50,000 dollars a year, and she got sole custody, and 673.00 in child support, and supervised visitations. I am now back in child support more than 20,000 because if this lie. I have seen my daughter about 5 times in 7 years, because she blocks all attempts at visitations, and the courts seem to agree with her everytime.
See she a 41 year old white teacher, and I am a 34 year old disabled Vet who's skin color happens too be African-American. So you can read between the lines on this one. I have asked her numerous times too drop the child support order, and I would give up my parental rights too her, so that I can care for my new family. She has not as of this day dropped the support order or let me visit with my daughter. She has even kept her from my 62 year old mother. My mother hasn't seen her in more than 7 years since she was a month old.
She has told me numerous times that she doesn't want anything from me, but continues to make my life a living hell from a far. I get about 1,000 dollars a month in disabiliy, she makes more than 50,000 dollars a year. She wants me too pay back her student loan for her, this was the reason she gave to me for wanting child support.
She is the BIGGEST A*HOLE I have ever met or dealt with. I have NO PROBLEM with helping to support the child, but I would like to know the child that I am suppose too be supporting. The courts have taken away so much of a FATHER'S RIGHTS that there is almost nothing I can do about it. I am just blessed that I have a wonderful wife now that has stuck with me for more than 9 years dealing with this mess. I refuse to take food and welfare out of my daughter that lives with me mouth to share it with her child. Brett will be taken care of no matter what, who's going to take care of my daughter Kourtney, if I don't pay the rent and bills?
There needs to be New Laws put in place to help us be the very best fathers we can be. We need to stop the abuse of power that the courts so BLINDLY give too these women. We need to stick together and vote in people that will not be scared too tackle this problem.
Yeah I know there will be NA-SAYERS out there, but you know what, FAIR is FAIR that's it and all. Until something like this happens too you, you will never understand what I am saying. Until something like this happens too your son or husband too be, you will never understand. I am a good man, but the courts and every other woman calls me a "DEAD-BEAT DAD". I am dead beat, because I need money too live also. I am dead beat, because I think in the real world and not some fantasy one. I am a dead-beat, because I can't afford too take care of two or more house holds. I am a dead beat dad, because I think that I should be able to start a new life for myself, without the non sence of my past affecting it. The Only Dead Beat anything I see here, is HER, THE COURT SYSTEM, THE UNFAIR LAWS, and this unreasonable thought that MEN shouldn't have a say in what goes on with his child, because the WOMAN carries the baby. That's BULL-S*T, and anyone that thinks like that is a BULL-S*T Thinker.
