Illicitly obtained one of our customers databases and repeatedly telemarketed it ripoff

This company has defrauded my business as well as consumers. They have illegally obtained the customer list of one of my clients and repeatedly telemarketed the list.

An approximate value of the damages at this point would be $25,000. However a true estimate of lost business due to harassment cannot be adequately calculated.
