Well it all started in oct. When i ordered $160 from joe richey. It arrived and most of it was junk, but there was one thing that looked nice. I thought i would order and try something different and order some of the same nice stuff again. I clicked where it said "paypal users click here for a quote" and i asked for a quote, instead i received a money request. I emailed back and apologized saying i needed to change my quote and gave them the new one. He replied back saying "Sorry we wont keep sending requests that are not honored we will pass sorry to busy" i then replied with this..." i just spent $160.80 with you guys a month ago, i really cant believe how you treat your customers! You are too busy to fill my order? This was one request that was changed only 1, and I feel as a customer I should be treated better than that.
I had to change my order so I could let people look at the items to see how many they wanted to order and then order another bigger shipment a week after i received the items. But i will take my business elsewhere if this is the way you treat your customers." This is the friendly reply i received back "yes take your business elsewhere". I got a little upset at this point and called the customer service number on the website. I got a lady on the line that said she would forward my complaint to customer service and took my name and number and address and said they would get back in touch with me within 72 hours.
As soon as I hung up the phone with her I received this email saying "you didn't pay your bill and I am not going to send another invoice and you said you would take your business elsewhere now I am inviting you to do so. I dont need smart tones or short people to pay my bills sorry but your not going to make me change my mind this is my last email and its your last order by my choice" I replied with "smart tones?
Wow, i didnt know i had spoken with you. Thats fine i will take my money elsewhere. There is no last order, its not going to happen. I do highly encourage you to be more supportive of your customers because if it werent for them you wouldnt make any money. I didnt have a "bill" to pay, a "bill" is when you pay for services rendered, you never rendered anything.
I asked for a quote and needed to change it is all. You said no time but i am sure it took a lot more of your time to send emails back and forth and play high school games than to just change my order and make some money. You keep emailing me so i guess you are someone that wants the last word. So have it, thats fine with me. I can always get someone else to order my stuff for me. Have a great night." only to get back this..."have a great night take care thanks for understanding".
I mean I as a business owner just cannot believe that someone would actually turn down money! Maybe he is already rich enough ripping people off with the other scams such as another I purchased called sale-hoo. I just cannot believe how badly I was treated because I changed my quote from $171 to $50.
I am sure if I wanted to add things it wouldnt have been a problem. To be honest everything I ordered except one thing was junk and the one thing that wasnt junk was not real as it had said it was. All I can tell you is that you take your own risk when ordering from this p.O.S. I hope he treats you better than he treated me and a lot of his other people.
