Order from krane over 7 yrs ago now KBA calls saying we ordered from them, which is a lie, claiming UPS delivered said product to door and we owe $77.in so many word I told them where to shove and not to call my home again that they were no more than a scam trying to get money from some one for something they did not order. They begin by calling your home and hanging up on you and when you try to call them back (on a cell) they so conviently get disconnected then they call back claiming yuo ordered from them
