KRANE PRODUCTS SEPTIC HELPER 2000 violated the federal laws prohibiting calling people on NO CALL LISTS. They have been fined THOUSANDS of dollars for illegal phone solicitation by several states including Missouri, Kentucky and Oregon AND have been sued and fined by the STATE OF VERMONT for lying about the effectiveness and capabilities of their products.
If YOU have been called by KRANE PRODUCTS you may be entitled to monetary compensation and should contact your state attorney generals office to find out.
If you purchased their products based on the FALSE CLAIMS they made you may be entitled to a refund and possible punitive damages for fraud.
Krane products claims I purchased product from them via a phone solicitation, I NEVER buy ANYTHING from phone solicitors because they are inconsiderate scum using a service I PAY FOR and EQUIPMENT I MAINTAIN to sell something for THEIR BENEFIT.
They claim to have sent it to an address where we no longer live and had not lived for 6 months prior to when they supposedly sent it. They have harassed us in every way possible by mail and telephone trying to collect but REFUSE TO OFFER ANY KIND OF PROOF of the order or delivery.
They have phone on several occasions at 7 AM (in the MORNING) which is a violation of the Federal fair debt collection act and phone privacy laws.
They have been told verbally and in writing to cease and desist until they are willing to provide some sort of proof that any order was made or delivered but they continue to harass with threats of lawsuits, collection actions and judgments.
This is extortion by a company that has no respect for the law or for common decency.

Don't take my word for it, there are DOZENS of complaints you can find on the web. MANY BROUGHT BY STATE GOVERNMENTS!!!
