Ordered product from the company 3/27/07 and called to check on the status on 4/16/07 and Brandy H. Told me the product could take up to six weeks to be delivered. Called again on 5/16/07 to ask where the order was and Lee H. Told me it back-ordered. I cancelled my order with Lee H. And was told that credit may take 4 weeks to receive. I called to ask about the credit on 6/11/07 and Judy told me the computers were down, please call back. I tried to call back on 7/7/07 and telephone number was disconnected.
