Rrrr. Last year I cancelled my subscriptions through twx. This year once again they hit my account. Once again I called. I too just said a bunch of junk when asked for my account and was directed rather quickly to a live person. I then cancelled again and informed the person that they were being reported to consumer complaints, and that their company had a less than stellar reputation.
The ladie was pleasant and acted surprised by this news. I ended the conversation with further charges will be pursued. Not that this will stop further attempts, but it made me feel better.
Internet offers that are not actively researched and solicited by you are usually a problem in the end. Lesson learned here after two years of fighting them.
