Company contacted my mother. Claimed they have service to help with fraudulent bank issues. She directed them to me. I declined the service. One week later they called my mother again, and coerced her into the service. I called to complain of the tactics. They offered to refund the $295, upon receipt of a letter. I sent the letter, but no response. Follow up phone calls only receive promises (if they answer). Bank of America has suggested I report to the FCC (877-382-4357). This is my next step.
