Company claims I never cancelled... Continues to charge me 99.41

On November 13th I logged on to my online banking account with Anna National bank in Anna, IL. I noticed a charge on there that I had not approved of in the amount of $99.41. This charge was trying to post to my account from CJW HOLDING INC II. I called the number of this business at 10:01am on November 13th and spoke with two different representatives. I found that I had previously ordered a trial product from this business in the amount of $4.97 on October 16. Upon realizing this company's affiliation with me, I remembered the fact that I had cancelled out my account shortly after October 16.

I spoke with a representative of the company (somewhere around October 20th), and was told by that representative that I would not be receiving anymore product and I would not be charged anything further, as they would be removing my information from their system.

On November 13th as I spoke with the first representative, I explained to her that I had already cancelled out this account, and that I was assured that nothing further would be charged to my account. This representative, who told me her name was Ashley, explained to me that she was canceling my account out right now and that I wouldn't be charged any further.

I then asked her when the $99.41 would be credited back to my account, and she then informed me that it wouldn't, as they had already shipped product to me (product which I neither requested nor have even received). I told her that her information must be incorrect and insisted that they return my money, as I had already cancelled this account.

She gave me a cancellation number and once again informed me that I would not be charged further. At this point I was frustrated with this representative and I asked to speak with someone else. She then referred me to an un-named Escalations Manager.

I once again explained my story, now to the Escalations Manager. He went on to talk about how they are a company with a quarter-million customers, and that they wouldn't be able to stay in business if they refunded the money of everyone! As I was speaking with this representative I was also researching the company CJW HOLDING INC II online.

I found a site with reports about this company. The site and a quote from the site are listed on Appendix A. This site reports that CJW HOLDING uses a number of different names online and has multiple different phone numbersall of which resolve back to the same answering system. I then asked the representative why a company with such clout would have to use so many different names and phone numbers.

I then proceeded to list of the alias names that I had found from the company online. The representative stuttered around for a few minutes and then came up with this statement; We are a company with 250,000 customers, I'm sure you'll find a complaint or two out there about us. I again reported to this representative the fact that I had long since cancelled my account out with them, and that ONE OF THEIR REPS had informed me that I would no longer be charged by this company. He then informed me that they have only two reps that make phone calls and that he sits next to them and hears every phone call that they make and that he has never heard either of them say anything of the sorts, as he insisted that those reps do not have the power to cancel accounts.

I then asked him so you have 250,000 customers, and you only have two phone reps? And on top of that you yourself are able to listen to every single word of every phone call that they make? That sounds pretty impossible to me, especially since you have so many customers. The rep then asked me how I thought they stayed in business if all they did was scam people out of money. I informed him that if they scammed 250,000 customers at $99.41 apiece (subtract from that the people LIKE ME who actually attempt to get their money back) that it would be pretty darn easy to stay in business!

He then informed me that I would NOT be getting my money back no matter what. I told him that I was willing to do whatever it takes to get my money back, and that I would be speaking with my credit card company as well as the better business bureau. He then informed me that if I wanted my money back I would have to take it up with my credit card company, because they were not going to refund it.
