I recently moved into a house. I am being charged to replace vinyl flooring in the apartment where I lived for 11 years. It is the same vinyl that was there when I moved in.
I am being charged for painting the apartment, even though it has not been painted for seven years. Total bill? $597.00.
The office management was extremely rude when I asked about it. They told me that I was lucky to not have more charges.
I have since called a few flooring stores to find out what the life expectancy is for vinyl flooring. They all have said 5-10 years. I shouldn't be charged for something they should be replacing anyway.
