Well where shall I start. The BBB is one of the most horrible agencies ever found. They are a bunch of liers and are definetly misleading the public.
Its not fair to all those companies out there that are replying to there customers complaints, rebuttals, etc. And at the end ending up with a great big "F", and what does the BBB have to say about this? Nuthing!
Well I can tell you this if you show them the green bills in other words "money" they would be more then happy to bring your rating up higher.
Thats just disgusting. Me as a business owner will never ever have the BBB logo on anyone of my advertisments. They have been misleading customers and still are which someone has to put a stop to this. They just have that great big name "BBB" so of course everyone knows them and thinks they are a good reference for businesses but on other hand they arent.
I will send this message around to everyone all those business owners out there wether you are in construction, plumbing, restaurants, moving companies, etc. Do not become a BBB member all they want is your moneyyyyy! If you pay them they will be more then happy to raise your rating if not then tough luck!
BBB out there to mislead the public! What a shame!!!
