Prince charming has found that he can dodge his child support obligation to his children once again. He did this in 1999 and didn't start paying the correct amount until I nailed him in 2004.
Low and behold he has decided to stop paying again since his teenage kids have grown tired of his games and feel their step father is their real father in their hearts.
Being the wonderful (NOT) father that he is he even was brilliant enough to send me an email stating that he deliberately quit his job so that I would not receive child support for our kids until I had finalized an adoption between my kids and their step father.
He seems to believe that he can cease child support when he deems necessary and nevermind the laws governing child support or the new court order he agreed to in December. SPERM DONOR DAD states to love his kids and care about them yet ceases paying his court ordered support. Nice guy huh? It's time men (I loosely use that term as he is far from a real man and certainly would NOT use the term father as a real father who truly loves his kids wouldn't do this to them) like him get what they deserve.
Did I mention that during the time he wasn't paying his correct support that he bought a home in the amount of $265,000 with his girlfriend (the idiot was dumb enough to marry him so now she's his wife. Poor girl) at the time? At the same time he and his new "charm" (SARCASM here too) were signing on that dotted line he was giving me the "song and dance" of how he couldn't pay the amount of child support that the courts ordered since he was struggling financially (he was making over $4000.00 a month and his support was only $700.00).
The reason his teenagers made the decision NOT to see him again was after I received an email from him stating that he was going to kill himself and that he had already tried to kill himself 2x and was taken to a psych ward. He can't seem to understand why I would NOT allow my kids to leave Az. To be alone with a suicidal person (a violent alcoholic too) let alone why the kids had no desire to be alone with him and are afraid of him.
Of course he tries using the nonsense that I have kept him from his kids which has NEVER been the truth and I have MANY unbiased witnesses to that fact so he's full of hot air. I've contacted the state several times and as you'll see the reports on DES of Az. They are next to worthless. He owes it to his kids to pay the arrears he has of 42,000. It's that plain and simple.
