Adrian left his family in 2004. He has always been behind on support but now he is behind $7000 in arrears. He will not pay the arrears or current.
He refuses to pay. The kids and I live in NC so he doesn't think that anything will happen to him since he lives in PA. He has been court ordered to pay but doesn't. He will not come to court appearances.
He also has another child in NC that he doesn't pay for either from his first marriage.
He is a real deadbeat and a poor excuse for a father!
