Amber Janlik of DIME Consultants offered an email list building service for 3 payments of $97. For this series of payments she "promised" to build a subscriber list for the client. I paid the first payment and quickly found her to be unaccessable.
I made over 15 attempts to contact her before I got a brief response attributing her poor service to her internet provider. I was charged a 2nd payment yet still never received a subscriber one. Not only that but she also failed repeatedly to reply to my emails and questions. She never made one attempt to build a list but refused to refund my payments.
I stopped the final payment and have made repeated attempts to obtain a refund from her.
Under no circumstances should youo consider doing business with Amber Janlik or DIME Consultants. There are plenty of reputable resources on e-commerce... She's not one of them.
