Amber Tea Company Took payment for order, never delivered, doesn't answer phone or emails www.ambertea.net

On December 4, I ordered Red Bush Tea online from Amber Tea, and paid for the order thru PayPal. The payment was then received by Amber Tea, and an acknowledgment from them was emailed to me. It is now January 30 and I have still not received the order, refund, or any proof of shipment. The company does not answer the phone or emails.

I discovered through usacomplaints.com, from another victim of theirs, Jim from Browns Valley, CA that these guys place of business is a private residence in the town of Dublin, California. Also listed as a business operating out of this house is Bonus Club Co. The owner/operators of these 'businesses' are Chris and Andy Maslowski. I wish I had discovered this website before I placed my order.

I submitted a claim to PayPal. After 30 days I received an auto email from PayPal saying that they failed to contact Amber Tea and that the payment I made will not be refunded to me and they've closed the case.

I am going to follow Jim from Browns Valley, CA in a complaint to the Federal Trade Commission and the California Attorney General. I too will follow up with the Better Business Bureau.
