After phoning Credit Consultants to let them know my paycheck hadn't been direct deposited into my account as planned and that the automated payment might not go through, they ended up debiting my account twice. Though I was reimbursed the second payment, I was charged a $15 returned deposit fee which they refused to reimburse. This was on top of the $30 NSF fee charged by my bank.

I've paid this company about $2,000 and they only settled one debt in the 21 months I was involved with them-so I paid them more than what they saved me. Four months after enrolling with Credit Consultants, I began being charged other fees by Global Client Solutions for them managing my 'special account'. I'm no longer involved with this company and would like to warn others not to get involved with them.
