It has been documented / reported that one disabled client has had at least if not more: of a MILLION DOLLARS fraudulently taken from their estate, and Arthur Cappilla, LCSW; MSW of Victory Consultants has been implicated as having been involved in the theft.

To be sure that your loved ones are not being RIPPED OFF or neglected or victimized, that
maybe under the conservator-ship, guardianship, trustees, and or agents of Arthur Anthony
Cappilla, LCSW; MSW of Victory Consultants, it would be extremely advisable to try and
contact them as one reviewer wrote: "Arthur Cappilla takes advantage of people with disabilities, requiring them to sign documentation giving him the power of attorney for all their finances over to him".
