This accounting Firm was originally hired to get a small Business Loan for my new company. During conversation with Micheal Midura we discussed a settlement I received that was taxed.
He Spoke to Ronald Smith who he stated was the person who came up with "rapid refund" for H&R Block and was the person who could retrieve my taxes NO PROBLEM.
Mr. Smith then confirmed the same with a 6 month period of waiting. I sent them the fee for the business loan part, then a fee to retain them to get a refund of the taxes.
It has been a year and two months. Guess what? NO MONEY OR LOAN. Nobody but the secretary is ever available for conversation once the retainer has been paid.
There was no agreement of payment until they were retained, fees to complete the job went up, and theres a serious mis-communication problem within the company because nobody ever confirms with another what they told you was the DEAL!
I requested a copy pf my file including all correspondence withthe IRS and was REFUSED. The amount of the tax refund is extremely large, and they have done nothing with helping me to get my business loan. Now they say I have no case against IRS and should stop.
This is BS others received thiers back in same settlement, just not same company. The fees for this company to obtain a Business loan was to be added to the loan, and after the retainer was paid they said payments payments of $1,250.00 a month had to be paid in full to excess of $6,000.00.
I fully believe when they refuse to give me a copy of my file they hadn't done anything. The IRS individual they claim they spoke to does not exist.
They also want you to sent things anyway but through the US Postal Service.
Don't do it, they are liars and they cannot be found in the yellow pages or white for that matter in virginia state. I am in hock up to my rear and my business has suffered because of they lack to complete what they stated they could do. There was no maybe!!!
