I received a postcard-like offer from Nexel Financial stating I was eligible for $5000.00 unsecured credit card & a bonus trip of my choice. I was told to send $239.89, which they automatically debited from my checking account.
I was told that I would receive a package in 18-21 business days, I received the package a month and a half later & it was nothing what the company said it would be, nor was my trip information included. When I called to speak with someone (they are unreachable now) the person I spoke with was very short with me & starting arguing with me-that's when I started my initial complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
When i received the package I returned it and have not heard a word about my monies, the Better Business Bureau said they would stay in contact with me-but I have not heard anything from them either.
All I want is my money back, I've learned my lesson with companies like this one, I will contact BBB before I make a decision with a company again.
