I recived a Postcard in the mail that said that I was approved for a credit card with a limit of 5,000. I called in and gave them my checking number to take out 239.00 from my checking on 11/16/01. They said that I was to recieve my package including my credit card within 21 business days. They gave me another number and a tracking number to call in case I had any problems.
I called the new number in Mid December and inquired about my credit card and how much longer it was going to take to recieve my credit card. They assured me that I would recieve it in a matter of days and no later than 12/26/01.
I tried to called them repeated through the Holidays in which they were closed. I then called them when they reopened on 1/3/02, and they had said that I should be recieving the package within days.
I then called on 1/10/02 because I had not yet recieved the package and just wanted my money refunded into my account. I spoke with someone who said that there was a problem with printing of the brocheres and there would be a 1-2 week delay and that when I called before someone should have told we about that, but didn't. She said that she should be able to give me a UPS tracking number so that I can track my package through UPS. She said she should be able to give that to me on 1/14/02.
I have been trying to call since 1/14/02 in which I immediatly get hung up on or the line is busy. Today 1/21/02 I was on hold for 1 hour and 30 minutes, and then all of the sudden the phone went dead. I tried to call the number that I had origanlly called and that number had been disconnented. That's when I started my search on the internet and came across a report that someone had already turned in about this company.
